1. Introduction of Ms. Chare’ Parkin of Landscape Workshop
2. Request for Security Co. to make periodic rounds on Woodrow Lane - Discussion
3. Request for New POA Copy Machine - $121.44 monthly/36 months ($1.00 buyout)
4. Request to replace playground slide - $2,000 to upgrade/refurbish existing slide area
5. Request for New Windscreens on Tennis Courts #5 & #6 - $1,537.63
6. Lights for Tennis Court – CC’s has offered to rent a lift and replace each bulb @ $35.00 ea.
Clean each light unit (could also use lift at same time to replace basketball goals)
