Tips on Satellite Dishes

If you are thinking of having a satellite dish installed, please remember that there are a few requirements from the Design Guidelines that you need to follow:

- Dishes cannot be less than ten feet from the front corners of the house.                                  

- Dishes that are mounted on poles cannot be more than ten feet from the house unless approved by the Architectural review Board.

- Homes on the golf course can have dishes installed on the back of the house, either on the roof or on a pole but they cannot be more than ten feet from the house unless approved by the Architectural Reiview Board.

- Any dishes installed on poles must be well-camouflaged with ARB approved landscaping or screens.
