Need a new mailbox?

 If you need your first mailbox or replace your existing one we have a form for you to download from the Forms page for your convenience. The POA office doesn't handle the ordering of the boxes, you can either fax the form that you've downloaded and filled out, or call the phone number listed on that form. They can install your new box on Friday if you call by Wednesday afternoon. Be sure to specify if you want just the box or the box AND the post.
If your mailbox has been vandalized we urge you to call and make a report to the Daphne police. The POA security guards will also note damaged mailboxes and make every effort to catch someone doing it; however, that is all the POA can do.
The mailbox order form is to be used directly with Vandalet, the company that provides mailboxes to TimberCreek. That form has the phone number or fax number that you can use to put in your order. If you order by Wednesday afternoon, your mailbox will be installed that Friday. Be sure to specify if you need a mailbox AND a post or just the mailbox.
